"This hotel is lovely. Loads of amenities on the doorstep and great links to central London. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond what was expected. They really looked after us and made us feel welcome. We had breakfast and dinner. The food was fantastic and the drinks were cheaper than the local pubs. I’d highly recommend this hotel and I’ll definitely be returning. The room was a standard twin. We stayed in room 237 and it was spotless, quiet and had everything we needed"

"Nice and clean rooms. The central location makes it a great place for business or vacation. We had an ac in the room too which was pleasant considering London hot weather. Only downside is that they don't have their own car park. You have to use the one in sainsbury and remember to validate your parking, which can be done online."
"Excellent location. Short walk to station, regular trains. Many wonderful restaurants by the station that is adequately priced. Opposite the hotel is a nice looking apartment complex with a late night store and river thames. Next to hotel is a 24hr garage."
"The hotel is in a nice area with lots of shops and good places to eat or have a coffee/drink. The train station is about 11 min walk and from there you can get to Waterloo station and from there - to many attractions in the city. As for the hotel itself - there are some issues: the water pressure in the shower is not too good. Also if the sun light wakes you up in the morning, the curtain does not block it completely . The staff is overall nice and helpful, but one member of the staff did not really know how to deal with customers ….so I tried to avoid him as much as possible. Overall it’s a good option if you need a hotel in the area or need a hotel in London which is not too pricey, but I’ve been to a better Premier inn in London."
