"Was working on a tough job. And this stay was delightful.. very homely and very comfortable sleeping.. bus stop just outside too! Thank for a relaxing stay"
"The room was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well equipped with a fan, a mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. We stayed in the family room with the private bathroom which was lovely. The hosts were friendly and welcoming but not overbearing - we could come and go as we pleased but we knew where they were if we needed anything as they live within the property on the ground floor (the guest rooms are upstairs). We were also able to park on the drive as there was space available when we stayed which was much appreciated. Location wise, its a 5 minute walk to Queensbury tube station which is very convenient! For the standard of the room, the location, and the warm welcome we received, this guesthouse is excellent value for money and I do recommend! We had a great stay and we will book again if we are visiting London again :)"

"Great little guest house, parking on site if pre arranged. Friendly, welcoming host, good bathroom, comfy beds, clean room. Everything you could need. There is a train line behind but there's no horns blaring & the trains are pretty quiet, double glazing does a good job of masking the sound but be aware if you're a light sleeper. We will certainly be back"
