"Great location for Heathrow! Stayed here before flying out on a business trip! Very happy, I had a fully equipped studio which was super clean and tidy. 30mins door to door - 15min walk to Southall station followed by the Elizabeth line. Great value stopover for anyone needing to stay near the airport."
"I wouldn't even give one star.. such greediness that these people r letting out rooms full of bed bugs. I stayed there with my family originally booked for 7 days but left after 1st night.. I was with 3 month old and a 5 year old. Couldn't risk anything with my kids. They said on phone first when I complained that they had just got them cleared 2 says ago. Then they changed their statement coz they thought I might record their call. They said they never had bed bugs instead I bought it with me. Such cheap people they took 1 nights charges plus the cleaning fees I dont no why I was supposed to pay for cleaning. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST. I dont know how to get this place shut. I read other comments too and can't believe they r still renting it out."

"Bed bugs Horible experience This place has bed bugs and still giveing out room to earn money. It was my wedding and had booked 4 rooms 6 nights for our families. We contacted them and told them there were bed bugs in this house and they Weren't bothered about all of us with little kids but more concerned that the bed bugs will spread so restricting us to stay in one place. After requesting they said they will provide other rooms at nother r property which they have availa bullbutt as we packed our stuff and put it back into the vans and cars they at the point on the road left us and said sorry we can't provide, you will take bed bugs to other places. On top they had the audacity to tell us they will charge for the 1 night you stayed and cleaning fee extra. Leaveing us on road to find somewhereelse to go. Avoid this place"
