"Terrible costumer service with unprofessional and extremely slow staff. It took them 10 days to finally take care of my prescription. Every time I called them for an update, they asked me to call back in 15 minutes for them not to pick up the phone anymore. Even when the prescription was ready to be picked up, I had to wait 20 minutes so they can finish the “paperwork”. Avoid at any cost!!!"

"Absolutely appalling service. Ladies who answer the phone and ask you to hold whilst they continue having a chat. Completely unprofessional. Some struggle to speak english properly and they lie. The pharmacist himself is so rude and also lied and when i asked him why he hung up! Obviously unhappy and over worked. No customer service. Should try and show some empathy for patients who are obviously unwell and need help and more importantly..MEDICATION. Don't bother with them. Would be zero stars if possible."
