"Stayed there for a month during Christmas. The hotel is beautiful and then room was very nice and serviced well. The best part of my stay was the breakfast. The staff in the breakfast team were extremely polite, and catering. Tedd is a great team leader and also showed great hospitality, towards myself and my young children. There were a few other staff in the breakfast that were extremely friendly, but I forgot their names. They made us feel very comfortable."
"Zero complaints here. Rooms were new and fresh. The bar in main floor was decent but a tad expensive. We had a buffet style meal for our group and was okay. The breakfast was really good. I couldn't hear any planes taking off all night or day. Very sound proof"
"Great option when needing to stay close to the airport, very short bus ride to Terminal 3 taking the U3 bus. The bus station (Newport) is located right in front of the hotel. I think it's the best Holiday Inn I've stayed in, very modern and everything looks new. Very nice staff, The bar and restaurant area looks very nice. The room was very nice as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel."
"Great staff. Sam was very friendly and wanted to make sure our stay was good. Food was good. Everything was clean and in good working order. Carpets were the thickest I've seen in a hotel and it really cut down on the noise. If I had to complain about something it would be how hard the mattress is. But it's not unusual in hotels. My husband's only complaint was getting food in off hours, they ask for your room number when you order, then don't bring a bill or anything, so you assume they'll charge your room. No, you have to hunt someone down to pay. Overall I highly recommend."
"Rooms were great, zero noise from the planes crossing over constantly. The service was impeccable and nothing was too much. However, the food in the restaurant in the evening let's the hotel down. I sent back my food 3 times on separate occasions, I wasn't the only person who did either. If they sort out the evening restaurant, they'd easily be 5 stars."
