"Couldn't find the wardrobe, then seen the hangers in the corner of room, we had a laugh cos I never seen that before! Room tidy, shower nice, pillows not comfortable. Breakfast in morning was strange, they only put out enough for three people, so everyone was queeing, but they did bring fresh."

"The bad was ok, but the room and the bathroom was dirty. At the reception, you have to pay for everything an extra fee. The reception doesnt create invoice for the company address and if a change on the invoice is requested, one have to request it online. The online support doesnt make any changes at the invoice and is not supportive at all. The only positive thing is the central locationa and the proximity to the railway station. I dont recommend this hotel at all, as for it is too expensive and definitely not worth to stay."

"Excellent location, rooms were good but could do with a deep clean when possible. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Good location for the train station and going into Woking itself."

"Very close to the train station, town and other key places. Clean, has security at night who buzz you in which adds to the element of safety. Very friendly night manager who kindly gave me his own iPhone charger to borrow after I realised I didn’t bring mine."
