"They always busy, the phone queue always long and they never ever answer. The receptionists are rude! They just want to hang up quickly. When you have appointment, you will never meet the doctor on time, they will meet you after 40 mins. The worst GP! In addition, Dr Humayra Abedin is the worst doctor I've ever met. She doesn't do health check properly, just rushes, doesn't listen to me when I described my problems, she just want to let us out asap. Doesn't even give me any medicine. Can't believe this is called Doctor!!"

"E13 PLASID MEDICAL CENTER I called on Monday morning at eight o'clock they said to call the next day I'm calling him a day later at eight o'clock they gave me a 12:20 apartment, and after a while called again and disconnected the apartment, said the doctor would call me back, but he didn't, I Called them again at 15:00 but they said the doctor will call as a referral but all their words are lies GP E13 plasid medical center Greenstret. 21/02/2024 Monday First of all I called on Monday, after calling I was told to call back on Tuesday, I was called a little later on Tuesday, after that I was told to call at 12 o'clock, and I was calling at 12 o'clock, after that I was told to call back to the doctor. The doctor will call but does not call all day The operators of the medical center (GP)waste the government unnecessarily but they do nothing but harass the people."

I’ve really had a positive experience with Dr Thebo and Dr Abedin who know my families history and happy to go the extra mile for them. "Really wish I could give zero stars! The service here is terrible. Dr Aberdin is very very dismissive of people’s problems and rushes you in the appointment. This GP has the dumbest system of not allowing you to booking appointments in advance, by the time you call at 8am your number 40 in line and when they do answer there’s no appointments left. When you do get an appointment you’re never seen on time and have to wait another 35 minutes before the doctors sees you. This GP needs new doctors of different ethnicities - not just the same, to make it more diverse."

"I am a patient here. I always get excellent service here. My GP is Dr. Humayra Abedin. She is a caring doctor and listens to my problems and she is very helpful and polite. My wife, my sons are patients here. We get appointments on time, reception service is very good. We have no complains from the service. We got good care during covid too. I and my family are satisfied. P.S There is long queue sometimes in the phone line. I hope it is improved."
