"The Gps try their best but reception team except Sarah and Sam are rude and unhelpful. I would think that they would empathise a bit more seeing mostly ill people call in but they are so quick to get you off the phone. Online consultations don't work, when you call no appointments what's the point."

But I have always been given an appointment. Sam at reception is the best...stern when needs to be but the nicest and friendliest receptionist I have come across. "My 70 year old grandma walked to the gp at 8am in the morning to book a same day appointment as she doesn’t know how to use the phone, they told her they don’t have any appointments and that my grandma should come back at 2pm. My grandma then came back at 2pm for them to then tell her she cannot book an appointment like that and she needs to call. At this point, I’m better off self diagnosing with Google than even trying to book an appointment with this gp."
