"Update to the below. I was refunded but not the total amount I ended up losing £100. They have called me multiple times about this review which will stand but this is due to the fact that all this company has done is change the name on the Google account. From Avalon to shinoza. When shinoza create their own account this review will stand in place for Avalon and it’s previous owner. These people are con artists, they supposedly bought the company from Avalon but have just changed names. They sent me an email 19th November saying I had till end of November to prove I had paid for treatment as I had 5 laser treatments left which valued at £430 otherwise they wouldn’t honour it. I emailed and rang them giving proof of treatment before end of November and know they are lying and not honouring their own email saying they would tell the previous owner so I could get a refund. But they refuse to give me the previous owners details so I can make contact them. I have tried to be civilised and sort this out but they are just rude. I will know have to look at other means at returning my refund/treatment."
