"Lip migrated and still there after 2 years, has to see a professional doctor to get it removed, told me poor injection technique and too much product. You only have to see what the owner looks like and the “tacky” salon . AVOID!"

"I had an appointment for 09:30 am and received an automated cancellation at 18:30 the day before, with no explanation, I responded at 18:45 and have not received a reply. I was unsure if this was a mistake and if I would be made to pay the full price if I did not attend. Someone eventually returned my call at 09:20 the next day and I learned my practitioner was unwell. While I appreciate no one can work while they are unwell, every effort should be made to properly communicate with customers. The lady on the phone seemed to think customers received a message with the automated response, I did not. She advised admin office hours opened at 10:00, despite my appointment being at 09:30. She was completely dismissive and rude to me, made no apology or offer to look into the communication issues. Further to this she advised I am unable to have my £50 deposit back despite the fact they have cancelled my appointment, at short notice. The only option offered was to rebook. I would be extremely cautious when making booking, they will not provide a refund even if they cancel."

Mums Botox is always perfect as well. We are always offered cheaper fillers and Botox but much rather pay to have it done by a reputable company that has a proper professionals.
