"I recently visited this GP practice and was extremely disappointed with the level of care and customer service provided. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional, and it was clear that they had no interest in providing any sort of assistance. The doctors themselves also seemed completely clueless, and I felt like they had no idea what they were doing. To make matters worse, getting an appointment with any of the doctors is a nightmare, as you have to wait a minimum of 3 weeks just to be seen. I would not recommend this practice to anyone and will be finding a new GP as soon as possible."
"When you get to see the doctors in the practice, I have always had good experiences, but trying to actually get hold of anyone is so unbelievably stressful. Trying to reach them by phone is almost impossible, I have been on the line (for the second time this week) for 56 minutes+, waiting - apparently I'm 'first in the queue' but it's been saying this for the last 14 minutes. Terrible systems."
"Worst GP ever, appointments are available only through email and they will take hell of a time to respond. Have been with this GP over a year, requested multiple times an appointment for my little boy and not even once they tried to help us giving an appointment. Seems like they don't have any doctors and the people that works there are very lazy and not helpful at all."
"Our experience of the surgery is 100% positive - the doctors have accurately diagnosed health conditions and referred quickly. The follow up is great also. Prescriptions and call back also good."
"Sadly my family gp for over 40 years. The surgery does have experienced practitioners who are virtually impossible to get through to. It's day 3 and I've been discharged from hospital with a prescription that is valid for 2 weeks. Anyway i need my morphine tablets and have been in a&e since discharge with worrying additional symptoms. However the receptionist are like retarded mi5 agents who semm constantly frustrated and bothered about calling the surgery. I miss late Dr Soraya Boomla an amazing founder and senior member who paved the way for the new comers. But sadly her philosophy and good working practices aren't adhered to. RIP Doc."
