"This clinic staff is money stealer. I have booked few sessions for my face one time i have called the clinic 72 hours before my appointment and they still did charge me for that On 2nd last session I received a call from the clinic on the day and she asked me am i coming for the session. I said yes i am on the way may be 5 or ten minutes late due to traffic she informed me no worries you can do it tomorrow Next day when i went i have been informed that my sessions have completed i was really shocked i asked how she said you missed yesterday and one you cancelled in July i told the staff yes i cancelled one byt 72 hours prior to the appointment and yesterday staff told me to come next day. It has been since two months no one in bother to contact back to me even though i asked receptionist ask your manager about it. Now i will take the legal action to county court I am not going leave it like this i will be accelerating further."

"They have the worst customer service ever. The staff are very rude. I have been trying to either reschedule or get refund for a full facial treatment but they are so rude about it. Everytime I call or pop into the store, reception staff keeps telling me that a manager will contact me back but I haven’t heard anything back from them and it has been nearly a month now. The service is very poor. SAVE YOUR MONEY and stay away from this place."

"They recommend you between 6 to 8 session and at the end, when your treatment its not good, and all your hairs its not all gone, they tell that you actually need between 10 and 12 session. the laser they have its very painful. i am very dissappointed and when i complained, they have completely ignored me. A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!"
