"Getting an appointment here is a myth. Had 3 phones appointments and the doctors still refuse to see me in person. Following their advice is not working. And the GPs on the phone are so rude and not compassionate."

The reception staff have no idea what they are doing you come in with a problem and you will wait until your foot is falling off because they have not put it in your records because they “forgot” I have nothing nice to say about this service apart from how trash it is. This is the sort of place that will make you get your lawyer involved"

"Possibly the most rubbish GP in tower hamlets the the level of care from the doctors/locums/nurses is utter rubbish they just try and fob you off with anything don’t take the time to ask and access patients enquiries well enough. The receptionists team even worse their telephone manner is shocking who even hired them baffles me - waiting times on the phone is ridiculously long compared to other busier gps in the area the E consults they make you do but never call you back regarding it. I would highly avoid and join other better practices."

"if i could rate 0 i would ive been with this practice my entire life never had any problem with them upon till now this is what makes me so angry but since they've moved had nothing but issuses. To start never recieved any information regarding the move.. since then ive tried to get prescriptions for a number of issues without any response. The times ive phoned have been told by frankly rude reception staff do it all online however despite saying im having issues setting up my nhs login was then told can be done by email..despite repeated attempts at emailing have been totally ignored apart from 1 time. the worse thing is i had surgery last year and not a single call or follow up with anyone. in the past following surgery ive always had follow ups with my gp but now nothing. Forcing my hand in to moving to a different practice as the care ive recieived from this place in the last year has been horrendous get better care and respect from a pharmacy."

"I have never been more frustrated with a clinic in my life. I have waited up to an hour after my scheduled appointment, to see a doctor. There are more reception staff than doctors, who don’t do anything and I feel sorry for anyone who goes here. Unhelpful, rude, ineffective, inefficient and expect that your life revolve around a 10 minute appointment. Grow up and get better management."
