"Tried to call GP after 6:30pm because when I called earlier no one picked, I called at 7pm because that's when it says the GP is open and when I called it said it was closed! Now I look at the times and the times have completely changed. Very confusing and poor service. Now I have to wait another whole day to call. Please clarify on when the GP is actually open."

Practice manager just ignores complaints and either is never there or doesn't answer emails. Some doctors are not bad but others are kinda on the same attitude. If you are considering registering here, please don't."
"Terrible customer service skills is clearly a requirement to run the desk at this surgery. You wait several days to get through and then when you do they act like you're causing a nuisance by needing their assistance. If it were possible to give them a minus rating I would. Some good doctors but hardly any access to them and you have to endure the utterly vile attitude of reception to get any. Go elsewhere"
