"Not very impressed I'm afraid . My therapist worked hard on my blackheads. However my overall Hydrafacial Platinum experience at Skin Clapham Junction was not a good one. The therapist had a terrible cold and kept coughing, she was not wearing a mask ! The use of the suction tool was gentle at first, then it was dragged so roughly across my face backwards and forwards it was painful. There were no "stages" of the Hydrafacial Platinum as described on their price llist. My experience was just awful. I paid £150 for it too."

"Jodat has been doing my laser treatment for around 6 months. She always explains what is going to happen and what to expect. The actual treatment is effective and straightforward once it's been explained and you follow the steps. But what stands out for me is Jodat's knowledge and interest in skin and her willingness to share her knowledge and experience. She takes a personal interest in the service for the client and as a bonus always has her eyes on how she can suggest ways to make it more cost effective for the client and extra things you can do or should avoid doing after treatment. She is knowledgeable, efficient and cares about the client. Highly recommended."

"I've been using them for years. While they have yet to update their number on Google and their call triage system is unnecessarily stressful and onerous (Let's bring back receptionists and humans as a 1st line of customer service). The staff are fantastic in the clinic as always."

"Nurse Leila is the best. I have been booking appointments just with her for lip fillers. I never bruised and I am always happy with the results. She never goes overboard and she is honest in telling me 'that would be too much, let's do less', so lips always look natural and sit nicely in my face. The reason why I am not giving 5 stars is because the lady at the counter charged me the wrong price (less) and because I am paying cash this is going to result in me having to go in to pay the extra which is going to cost me time."
