"Appalling service - you will wait in the queue to speak to someone only to have the phone put down on you. Unable to book appointments via the app either as it never works so have to go in in person to try and make an appointment. My newborn daughter’s vaccines have been cancelled three times now, all right at the very last minute, due to no nurses being available (and apparently it’s not possible for a doctor to give her her jabs, much better to let her go un vaccinated and risk her health by pushing them back another week, when no doubt I will be called again and told they won’t be happening that day either). To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Never mind the fact they have previously lost scans of mine which I have had to chase them up about, refused to let me make an appointment to discuss my pregnancy with a doctor, and repeatedly put the phone down on my husband when I needed to see a doctor due to abdominal pain, resulting in a wait at the local A&E for just short of 24 hours before being seen. It’s just not good enough."

"Firstly, let me say that the GP's that work from this surgery are mostly very good. But, the "admin/reception" staff are terrible. I am a very wordy and articulate individual, however I struggle to find the words to describe the incompetence of the staff here. I have spoken to many of them around a lot of medical issues that they are not even qualified to deal with, and I have found them to be rude, disrespectful, discriminatory and totally lacking in empathy. This goes beyond your normal "difficult receptionist" stereotype. My interactions with them have continously affected my health care and my medical conditions. If you have any long term conditions or mental health issues I would advise you to stay away from this practice."

"I'm a new patient and am so impressed with the efficiency of the service. Their app is brilliant too, just make a request and supply the details and someone is in touch in a few hours to organise an appointment, blood test, etc. I honestly have no idea how they do this given how much other practices seem to struggle. My care couldn't be better if it was private and the staff there are friendly and helpful. Exceptionally good, they can be very proud of the service that they're providing."

"Amazing surgery. Amazing Doctors.All of the reception staff are extremely friendly and helpful, especially Gifty. She will go above and beyond.She always has a smile on her face, and will ask you about the family (my twins) When i call the surgery.I manage to always get a face to face.Never been rushed during my appointments.Directed to the right department if need be . The surgery has so much services to offer under one roof.The main reason why I chose Streatham High Practice. I have seen quite a few doctors which is also nice.But would love to have my own regular doctor like my previous practice. All in all Best practice by far.Keep up the good work.
