"We were very pleased with this surgery but the recent changes to the e-consult platform are not ideal. There is a very small window (7:30-11am) to send any queries and that doesn’t work when you have to go to work, etc. The same time frame applies for phone calls if you need an appointment. Please consider changing the times to normal working hours 8-5pm for the digital platform. Thanks"
