"The team at this surgery have gone over and above to ensure that my husband was taken care of, when I grew increasingly worried about his health. The receptionist was kind, compassionate and listened to my concerns. Dr Rudd went out of her way to see my husband urgently, and he had the relevant tests done in a timely way to provide us with assurance. The phlebotomist (Lynn) was also lovely and slotted us in, despite this being a busy winter period. Given the pressures on the NHS, this is a great example of how far our primary care teams really do go for their patients. Thank you again."
"The worst GP I have had to deal with. The way they talk to their patients is vile, abrupt and rude. I have lost count of the number of times my wife has complained about their lack of professionalism and empathy towards her, as a new mum in the area. Front of house staff are a joke and all but one doctor still working from home which makes appointments overrun. The health visitor needs to get a new job because she is not fit for purpose. Also, access into the building needs improvement. How are mums with prams meant to get into the building when you leave half a door open and lock the other half. I would understand this on a normal working day but on days where you have baby clinics, expecting mums to bring their babies to the GP AND you still decide to lock half the door, it doesn't make any sense. I rarely leave reviews on websites but this medical centre is the worst. Honestly, if you are thinking about moving to this area, with the way this medical centre treats their patients, I would consider finding somewhere else to live. I am only giving 1 star because I cannot go any lower."
"The service and receptionists are absolutely vile in this practice. Rude, disrespectful and sadistic. I've observed the way they treat minorities or elderly people with an accent and it's sickening. People shouldn't have to fight to get an appointment. Giving someone an appointment 1 month away but then speak to another person and they will give you an appointment on the basis if they like you. Very sad!"
"Thanks God I am not registered at this practice. But unfortunately my mum is, in the past 10 years every time I get in touch with the reception of this practice I feel like smashing their useless faces (only if they answer). When i used to take my mother for appointments, minimum she would have to wait 1 hour or more from the time of her appointment to be seen by doctor. If my mother would be late even 2 minutes they would refuse to sign her in. They are racist to the max."
"Very, very, very poor service! If I could give no stars I would! Doctors are excellent especially Dr Dawood and Dr Sharma but some of the receptionist are incredibly rude, no manners, no customer care and very abrupt. Please could someone in the medical background give these receptionist some training on excellent customer care. There is no need for such rudeness when people are already feeling poorly and low in spirits and a simple kind voice or even a smile would make a difference! If anyone is thinking of joining this surgery please please go elsewhere as the first contact is the receptionist will leave a very bad taste in your mouth!"
