"I give a 1 because I literally can't go any lower. I had to go during Christmas break and It was heartbreaking. We ended having to wait for 9 hours but the worse part was that there werent that many people, they called like 1 patient per hour, 2 if you where lucky. One woman was berated for complaining and only taken seriously when she literally fainted and had to be rushed in, there was a family with two kids, one about 3yo with very high fever, after maybe 3-4 hours they were very nervous and I asked a security guard that passed by if he could ask for any tip or something that could at least help with to control the fever, he proceded to go on an on about how people exagerate and fake things to skip the queue. I mean some may but c'mon, about a 3yo kid? Whose mom is checking the temperature with a termometer?? Which he just ignored when pointed out and refused to do anything at all, just kept going on and on about how people fake It I told him to just go. I got very dizzy al around 5 a.m and my boyfriend went to the counter to inform of this and was told to tell me to go over there to take my vitals once I felt better... Like seriously I have worked as a waitress before so I am all about treating service providers with respect but how can they then complain and threaten the whole room with refusing to give service given the circunstances for complaining and talking about ppl being rude after how they were treating people? And for that I mean 9h wait, waiting at least 40min after the person that was called in the was dismissed before calling the next one in, sometime even more than an hour, refusing to even try ask for any tip that could help a kid's fever while they waited, dismissing a woman several times that ended up fainting, forcing people that were very dizzy or a leg that seemed in very bad condition and extreme pain to do all the paperwork vitals check etc at the counter while standing up... How can they expect respect while showing no humanity whatsoever? And this is just a part of the complete disregard for the patients that I saw that night."
"Called them today to get an urgent blood test and the operator/receptionist(?) was very efficient and helpful. She even went out of her way to ask several colleagues to check if there was any way at all of getting the blood done. Many thanks! Long live the NHS."
"Disgustingly rude and racist staff. They refuse to listen to the fact that I am feeling worse, I am laying on the floor, NOBODY listened to my request to go to emergency room as I have had severe dizziness for the past three days. I am speechless update review on 27/10/2022 Despite telling Clery the doctor that I had allerghies he almost gave me an anaphylactic shock. I am probably also taking to court the paramedics who dismissed my physical state and did not take me to the emergency room as `I should have. I AM DISGUSTED BY THE WHOLE NHS. NOT TO MENTION EVEN WRONG RECORDS FILLED BY THE GP I WAS REGISTERED TO WITHOUT MY KNOWLE3DGE AFTER MY OWNM DROPPED ME. WHERE IS THE COUNTRY GOING!!???"
"What a joke. Came last night told 8 hours min. wait time. Best to come 8am as quiet. Returned this morning, we have been here 1 hour and not 1 person has been called to a treatment room yet. Lots of people walking around doing nothing by the seems of it. No wonder the waiting room is full to the brim and 8 hour wait times. No one is seen....all the while, having to pay extortionate prices to park."
"The receptionists were not polite or helpful but they did their job and I had excellent medical treatment here after only two hours. It looked as if many others had been waiting longer, although I got ‘lucky’ as it turned out I needed urgent treatment at the A&E next door. Like the whole of Ealing hospital, the facilities are ugly and grim but they are also very clean and safe. The doctor that saw me was very pleasant and polite. Somewhat restored my faith in the NHS."
