"A&E department is atrocious! Plus there is NO Children’s emergent department which is terribly annoying in itself, especially as children aren’t given priority. There aren’t any vending machines, basic observations are conducted on the main desk in front of the entire waiting area and the staff are rude, unprofessional and keep you waiting in a queue, whilst they complete their admin duties. The waiting areas are filthy and the female toilets are even worst with excrement visible on tissues strategically placed over the sanitary bins. It’s absolutely disgusting and riddled with Covid. Yuck, yuck and yuck again. I will never go to this hospital again."
"Non emergency care , take time to treat you At A&E it isn’t an emergency treat you like garbage don’t understand English and get annoyed at you poor care and service . The wait times are absolutely shocking and the hygiene is so atrocious. Worst hospital IVE EVER BEEN TO ! This needs to get evaluated and measures need to change as it’s just a joke at this point . WORST PLACE EVER ! If I could give it 0 stars I would !"
"Dr Lim and his team were absolutely amazing. Not only did they come across as thoughtful, lovely people but kept me informed, took every care to deal with my pain from a dislocated shoulder and did everything efficiently and thoughtfully. Especially considering how busy the A&E department is they were amazing in what must be incredibly difficult circumstances. I am so grateful for their care towards me and everyone else."
"Overall Ealing did a wonderful prescription for my asthma attack I had, with a blue inhaler (20 puffs), and some vanilla supplements. But, they didn't use the nebulizer, I don't know why, but I should have had that, because therefore, I wouldn't get still the same asthmatic symptoms, but good doctors, but the waiting time, it was 2 hours, and I was so bored that I had to use my phone. One more positive thing, is that, I really appreciate the good quality WiFi, and the good quality highly trained doctors."
"Visited here for an appt. Sadly as I’m sure is the case with many places staffing is minimal and lots of computer - self register stands or queues to register to sit down….before being sent from one department to another. Once seen by a Dr, the advice was excellent on treatment required. Details posted below specifically about the parking, signage and Costs. Good to see the machines still taking cash!"
