"I'd had terrible problems with a pain in my right leg. I'd visited a chiropractor, who following 5 treatments, had left me with continuous pain. I ended up having spinal surgery, due to a prolapsed disc in my L2/3 region. I was reluctant to have anybody else touch my back, following my bad experience. The hospital said that I should have physiotherapy. I found TP&RC on the chartered society of physiotherapists website. I've had 2 sessions so far with Nadine & can so far say what a fantastic improvement in my mobility. Still a long way to go. My spine will take up to 3 months to heal & the nerve damage anything up to 18months. Just want to say a big thank you to TP&RC for setting me a good program."
