"They don't WRITE! 5 years I am waiting for response on complaint of them NOT HAVING MY DISCHARGE DOCUMENTATION - with hem from day when they move in- unfamiliar where was Halliwick before- but they was HOMLESS at one point IN December 2017. They keep booking discussion appointment if I was ITV and they are Good Morning Brittan. RIP woman in cafeteria on Edgwere Road- it is really difficult to get to conclusion who is Doctor Radiologist that freelance as Surgeon - around our hood in country and abroad. SICKENING PSYCHOS in Old Radiology ! Lot of peoples pay with their life- service of this Useless BSTRDS without literal skills."

"Useless and useless are the people working there. Take things nice, slow and easy for them so the patients get nothing. Have been on the telephone trying to contact them for the whole day. In one occasion after 2 hours of waiting they simply hang up. How is this possible? In any other job people would be accountable for they work, but in this hospital it seems they never are. Try the complaint service, it is just a farce. They make you wait for treatments you will never get, misdiagnose you, there is no continuity and moreover if you need any of them on the telephone, there is no way to actually contact them. I also wonder why we have to pay taxes to pay these kind of people who do nothing at all. In this place it is not for the lack of funds, it is for the lack of people willing to work that things not work."

"Waited 10 minutes as the "first person in the queue" and then the call was dropped. It's unacceptable that I must pay vast sums of NI only to to be ignored."

"Had to call reception this morning for information , have to say that the person on the phone is extremely rude and intimidating with intentions to belittle . Shame on you, really ! Very rude receptionist and her phone manner and service. Needs a further serious complaint."
