"Tremendous team of people, could not have been bettered"
"Having issue with my eye that optician and GP failed to spot. Spent only 3 hours here to be seen and diagnosed. Cannot fault the staff at all here so proffesional caring and understanding. I have an eye phobia anyway but the doc put me right at ease. Weird thing to say but cannit wait to go back to them to pop this cyst. Any eye issue i would not go anywhere else now. Thank you to all the staff keep doing the great job you do."
"We have been referred by optician to check my 3y old son eyes.. He was seen by a number of staff, and used a hospital equipment to check his eyes. The next day my poor little boy got a very bad eye infection and is now on the antibiotic. They must have “forgotten” to disinfect either their hands or tools/machines they were using."
"I came because something fell into my eye and I could not get rid of it, to the point that I could not open my eye because something was hurting me from the inside, the "specialist" said that there is nothing and I have to return home, lost only a few hours, I went to another place and they helped me immediately, they could not believe that the Kingston "specialist" saw nothing and sent me home, I do not recommend "specialists" in this hospital .."
"Needed to have treatment urgently, Service was absolutely brilliant, from getting an appointment with in 45 minutes and seen shortly afterwards and treated by Celia a wonderful caring and friendly nurse. Then waited a while to be examined by the doctor..Outcome was successful and left thanking everyone for their help. What would we do without the NHS."
