"After a bad experience for my 20 weeks scan at Queen Elizabeth Hospital I came here for some reassurance and I honestly cannot fault anything they do. The receptionist and the sonographer were both so helpful. Will definitely be coming back for more scans. Cannot fault the service at all. Really lovely people"
"POOR AND TERRIBLE SERVICE! My wife and I booked our appointment for 1pm today. We got a call that there was a cancellation and could come to an appointment at 12.30pm. We told the lady we couldn't guarantee that as we were on track for 1pm. She reassured us that if we arrived early we would be seen. As we were approaching the building at 12:35 we got another call. To our shock we were being told that our appointment was cancelled. I told the lady from ultrasound direct our original appointment time was 1pm but we arrived early as advised. She was very unhelpful and said there was nothing she could do! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL TO CANCEL WHILE WE WERE OUTSDIE THE BUILDING!!! WASTED OUR TIME AND TRANSPORT. Why weren't we given more notice? Instead we were encouraged to come earlier. If we had cancelled immediately before our appointment I'm sure there would have been repercussions and sorry wouldn't cut it! There was no consideration for the grave inconvenience they caused us, when we asked to be refunded they said we had to wait 5 - 7 days yet they withdrew our money Immediately. RUBBISH SERVICE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME."
"Absolutely horrendous experience! I do not recommend these at all specially Eltham hill clinic. Had the worst experience of my life today! I booked a gender reveal scan, on arrival I found the Sonographer not very welcoming at all with poor customer service , she invited me into the room spoke over me when I was asking her a question, She was doing the scan and told me baby was laying in the wrong position. She asked my self and my partner to leave. Told me to go for food and a drink to get baby to move into a better position. She then told us to return in 15 minutes. So we done what she asked, when I returned the baby had moved and was in the perfect position, she then started taking measurements. Then to my horror told me that there was something WRONG with our baby and that the baby was not measuring right and that I needed to contact my midwife and hospital to get and emergency appointment! I then explained to her that I had only had a scan two days ago and that everything was perfectly fine, the baby was growing nicely and healthy. She then said that she advised I go back and make sure! You can imagine my horror! My heart dropped I was petrified thinking there was something wrong because that’s what she was telling me. I then challenged her on this because this wasn’t the first encounter I had had , at the same clinic with the same lady, earlier on in my pregnancy, I had an early pregnancy scan, just to make sure baby was all growing healthy and fine. This same lady gave me the wrong dates and was two weeks and 5 days wrong she had said I was only 6 weeks at the time , but later on to my surprise the hospital confirmed I was actually two 8 weeks and 6 days. I called up to then correct them and say she had got it wrong. They replied with “ sorry but it’s not an accurate scan it’s just a ruff estimate. So when I told her about the first mistake she’s already made , could this be another mistake , she replied no and told me she will right everything down and send me the evidence! She never did! I went to the hospital and contacted my midwife to let them no of what she had informed me. They done another scan and checked me and baby! And to my relief told me that baby was absolutely fine and growing perfectly healthy! And that I have nothing at all to worry about that she had misinformed me again!! And given me the wrong information. Baby was completely on scale at the right measurements and that everything was fine and spit on the way it should be! I then returned to the same clinic with this information. I asked for a full refund, for not only petrifying me half to death and worry me sick , but for not even given me the services I had payed for as I still wasn’t given a gender! She refused and told me if I had a problem to contact London region and request a refund from them! She was not helpful in anyway or sorry neither was her receptionist! In fact they was rude and abrupt , when I asked for and explanation how they can do that to people. She replied I don’t have to explain anything to you , Iv already told you if you have a problem who to contact , then told me to leave the building! Absolutely disgusting customer service! So not only did she scare me to death and have me believe that my baby had problems , she also refused me a refund and never even apologised! I would never ever use this service again! And would recommend people avoid them at all cost! Absolutely shocking! They should be ashamed and disgusted with there selfs! Also might I add when I returned she was already being confronted by another customer also asking for a full refund, and asking for an email address so she could file a formal complaint!"

Relieved. They do care for customers afterall."
