"Please do not use them.. Please be very careful to use this place, I asked the prices on the phone, and was told don't worry we will sort this out when you come in, as it was referred by a friend who knows Dr Ket very well! I was in a desperate state and suffering, after consultation he said he charges are £350.00 per hour I was in shock, he really tried taking 2 and a half hours worth out of me, as he knew I was in a extremely disparate and venerable state and full advantage of this. I refused and mentioned I asked you the prices, he eventual took £500.00 out of me, as this was just to see him, no advice given or northing, said he will take blood tests, and we can talk again. Blood test come back and found out its all clear, but l had already give him copies of my blood tests from my NHS doctors! We tried making an appoint as he works in Hillingdon Hospital, Middlesex as well, but he never turned up! After all this he is now demanding over £250.00 for a few blood testes... I am now seeking advise with a body called Medical Negligence advise..."

Even when it’s busy, she managed to greet everyone, answered all calls and offered coffee or tea to make everyone feel comfortable. The doctor and nurse lady are also very nice and professional.
