"A BIG shoutout to Paul! This man was so kind and saved my weekend. After a journey of nearly 9hrs from Dorset to Chesterfield for a family wedding, and having already booked an accessible taxi with City Cars, they rang me late afternoon to say they couldn’t take me after all! I was desperately ringing around trying to find another company, with not much luck. Then I was lucky enough to ring Halo Taxis and spoke to Paul. He did some ringing around and managed to find me a cab to the wedding and back. An absolute star! He has saved my whole weekend!! Ps Being stuck in an electric wheelchair sucks!"
