"Door2door are my favourite taxi firm in chesterfield at the minute! I’ve used their service quite a lot in the past year or so and booking via the app has been simple and reliable. Once in a while (peak times/bad weather) the taxi may be slightly later than usual but they call to inform me of that and sometimes the taxi still turns up earlier than I expected! I do want to say you’ve got some really friendly drivers with nice cars! That’s quite important to me as a customer! I would switch if you didn’t have that. And I know we all have bad days and sometimes don’t want to talk, or there could be a language barrier and I won’t discriminate for that… but pretty much every single driver I’ve ever had has been friendly and talkative and I want to tip those people when I can afford it. You’ve got to realise taxi driving isn’t as easy as it sounds, show some respect to anyone who serves you in some way, when/if you can. I feel like it’s time I gave a review and showed some appreciation for these people and some encouragement for whoever is running this business and the drivers who take the time to talk to you and drive swiftly and safely.
