"Disappointed with DHL. Get notified that is out for deliver but past 2 days, nothing was delivered. Enquired with DHL live chat, only to be told they are out for deliver, then get avoided or kicked out from live chat. Talk about poor customer service and negligent treatment of parcels."
"Just had false tracking information put on the record by DHL. Saying 'delivery attempted at 18.33 but failed'. Complete pack of lies as we were all here, looking over onto our private road and driveway. Managed to get to Leeds depot in double quick time and log it back in. Nothing attempted and totally ignored. Couldn't be bothered to even try. It's the falsification of the tracking record that is basically fraudulent and what is totally unacceptable. The time is 18.45"
"Had to pay a 0844 number to arrange a redelivery. Had to pick up myself from Leeds depot. No slant on customer service at this depot but the bottom line nothing runs smoothly with DHL. Their delivery times do not tally and tracking functions are non existent. I cannot recommend this courier."
