"Please please do not use this taxi firm. My father looks after my terminally ill mother and I took him out for a well deserved game of pool. At the rank and texting to make sure all was good, I had a street cars driver hollering at me. I finished my text and spoke to him only to be confronted by a torrent of abuse saying he was too busy to talk to me and would wait there (as he knows the boss) to ensure I would not get a taxi. The staff from the attached takeaway came out also leaving me feeling threatened. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I will use Uber from now on"
