"Absolutely horrendous called to find out about an order that I had been waiting for for over three weeks. First two weeks I admitted wrong contact details and that was entirely my fault. The fact I was supposed to get a call back twice to rearrange delivery and no call is nothing compared to the way the manager Jason spoke to me, when I eventually spike to someone. As they kept telling the merchant they had called me back and rearranged the delivery (which they had not) He was not up to date with any procedures and complaint handling and refused to take a complaint which has been passed on to trading standards. His telephone calls are not recorded so can not here the disgusting manner in which he speaks to people on the phone. The first girl I spoke to wasn't even able to look at my order or what had been discussed previously on other calls with the merchant as they don't take note of what's been said and decided. I have ended up canceling my order so I can have no more dealings with this company."
