"While Neptune's products are exceptional and this store is of course beautiful, I would AVOID ordering through the Tonbridge Branch. A month's delay, told incorrect information on the products, emails unanswered and the phone line is rarely picked up. I had to repeatedly drive back to the store just to talk to them and eventually gave up and left disgruntled. Go to either HAILSHAM or HOVE Branches - their Customer Service is exceptional, lovely team and very efficient!"
