"Awful company I used this company for the first time and would be last time :( they gave me invoice for container £3375 to send my products to abroad, when I said the container will be over weight they asked me to pay £635 more for second vehicle to collect the container, on collection day they send only one vehicle where they charge me for second vehicle.After first vehicle could not lift up the container then he left and he came back after one week with another vehicle they managed to collect the container, but after my products arrived to the country I wanted they did not release the container until I paid £1200 more. unfortunately they charged me over £5200 which I found another company with same Situation only paid £3185 for overweight and two vehicles"

"This is the worst shipping company I have never dealt with. Phone them this morning to get a quote and the lady on the phone told me to send it through email which I did and 40mn later I received an email from the manager saying "I'll do it". I called him to ask him about the quote and he was so rude to me and said if you not happy the way I talk to you go back to where you normally send. No respect and very bad customer service."

"When things are going well they are fine. We had a container booked for loading at 0800. It didn't turn up. We had to do the chasing despite all contact numbers being available. The haulage Co knew hours in advance that they wouldn't be able to service the booking but made no effort to notify us so we could stop our volunteers wasting days away from work. No back up at all from Tradeway with additional charges incurred with the attitude tough not our problem and the old T&Cs. Because we had the audacity to issue a counter claim for wasted mileage and loss of earnings they have told us they refuse to deal with us. Be very aware.
