"Booked a taxi for 6.45. It turned up an hour early. Spoke to the driver who said no problem our mistake, I'll ring the office and get you rebooked for 6.45. At 645 no taxi. Rang them and they said they were too busy and couldn't pick us up. Wouldn't recommend."

"Absolute disgusting service! This taxi was pre booked to collect my 13 year old daughter from school and take her to an address for her tutor lesson. The driver dropped her off in some random car park and she has had to use maps on her phone to try find where she is going. I contacted the rank to express my concerns and the manager response was “what you getting snotty at me for” unprofessional, unreliable, and will never use their service again!!!"
