After being utterly and completely let down and financially ruined by Entwistle Green/Countrywide rental estate agents and their catastrophically terrible service, my faith as a landlord was destroyed. I decided that letting the house go was the best option. I looked for a family run establishment and came across Marshalls on Smithdown Road. TR was the first person I spoke to. I explained the situation and what happened to me. I was worried and anxious about working with another estate agent because of my prior experience. I really appreciated her using her own contacts as I am not from the area. She went over and above to help me. The house is now pristine throughout with fresh paint and carpets and a lovely newly turfed lawn and garden. It’s now ready for sale and I am looking forward to seeing how things pan out.
