"Came here to try the Sunday roast and was pleasantly surprised. Excellent service and tasty food. They had a large display showing all the local suppliers which was a bonus, really lovely local place to go. The dining seating area was a lovely spacious room and they hadn't crammed too many tables in which gave the room a good feel. We will definitely be back!"
"4 of us had meals here yesterday and they were all very good and well worth the price. We had beef lasagna, the tower burger and 2 fish and chips (1 with chip shop style curry sauce which was excellent). The portions were generous so we didn't have space for desserts. We booked for 4pm and whilst there were a few people in it was fairly quite. The service was good from start to finish with no searching round to get someone's attention. We'll definitely be going again."

"Booked for 20 for a Christmas meal and it was perfect. We had a vegan, someone who was gluten free and another with dairy sensitivity and they met all our needs (apart from the mince pies). Service was friendly and efficient, food was tasty, plentiful, well cooked, seasoned perfectly, hot and the ambiance was perfect. Highly recommend!!"
