"The Sidcup Store as got to be the best BHF store within a 20 mile radius, The store is always clean and tidy, Smelling fresh and always set up to a high standard for a Charity shop. The Manager Gary is a credit to the shop, He is always running around helping the customers, No matter how busy the shop he is always smiling. I visit the store 3 times a week(at least) just to see what great bargins I will find. The staff all know what I like and will always have a few items put aside for me to have a look at. Great job Gary. Keep up the good work"
"After phoning this store to arrange collection of a sideboard won on ebay courier turned up to be told the item wasn't there and was in storage...I had given them plenty of notice to get the sideboard to the store for the collection date so now I have to pay my courier for a sideboard I don't have and rearrange a different day"
"Fab store to get good quality furniture items,a mixture of classic antique pieces and new items (think DFS/Oak Furniture Land). Gary who works there is lovely and helpful. Great prices considering the high quality of some of the pieces. Would be a good idea for the store to create a Facebook page/comms page to advertise some of your ‘star buys’ to pull in potential customers, or utilise Facebook Marketplace/eBay more."
"Got rid of my bed yesterday, was supposed to have another delivered today but they let me down. Went to the Sidcup branch found a beautiful second hand divan & a new mattress. Lady who served me kindly had it put on the delivery truck & it was at my house 45 minutes later. Cannot thank you enough! Your staff are friendly & approachable & willing to go that extra mile. 10/10"
"I've bought some lovely furniture here and some great deals on electricals, most of it is an absolute bargain. There's a wide range and new items each week, frequent visits pay off if you're looking for a certain type of item. The delivery charge is reasonable if you're buying a large piece of furniture, possibly free if you have have furniture to donate."
