Reviews
"The worst place on earth for any help as a homeless person! The area manager is purely in it for his own ends and gains, a total mess! Nearly 18 months there with so called support wrks a social wrk, full psyciatric team and left as homeless as when I 1st moved in! was evicted for being a alcoholic, (who drank in his own room and kept himself to himself) while my good friend gets housed and was allowed to have smack and crack use in his room in plain sight Andrew I tried to frow myself in front of the train at central station thanks for nothing, and by the way all your staff can not stand you!!! ASK them. All the best! from a service user......."
"Great staff very helpful"
"Great place. Hostel for the homeless. Seems well run and they encourage learning and responsibility. Residents are encouraged to cook for themselves and gradually become independent again building confidence and eventually finding accommodation and helping with everyday items that are needed. This place welcomes donations of both food decent clean or new clothing and items for new starts in homes like pots pans kettles microwaves tvs bedding cutlery kitchenware etc all either new or in good clean condition and working"
"Excellent"
