"The only good thing about this place is the fact they managed to get me a place, that's it, well that and a few of the staff were nice but it is honestly a total disaster there. Gonna do this in order on how things worked with me, the sit up service, the you go there at 9pm get kicked out at 9am after staying the night, which is fair, until December time last year it was on the floor and they have had some nightmare users of that place, people were doing drugs while there, stealing things off other users just to get there high, if you were lucky you'd get a nice member of staff on that especially around Christmas time would let you stay an hour longer on the nights but you were rarely let in earlier than 9pm, which sucked cause unless you knew someone you could chill with for that hour you had no where to sit for warmth. Next up is the main part of the place the hostel side, now actual what they have there is okay, the staff however don't know how the ovens work properly so often you'd end up just using the hob, there was also a toaster theif going around while I was there, even with the security cameras in place they didn't figure out who it was, there are computers for residents to use but the personal security on them is appalling, anyone could go on there and accsess your accounts, this has lead to people being harassed via someone else's account, and when I mentioned about a simple free fix to the problem they rejected (they didn't even know the password for the admin account to make any changes) lastly on this point some of the staff there need letting off or retraining cause the keyworker I had was utterly useless at his job, yes I had keyworker sessions but he never listened to what I was saying and we got no where. Lastly the flats there, I was in the worster road flats by derby park so I can't speak for every flat but if you ever end in 75 worster road if Jimmy Ryan is there DO NOT let him have anything, due to him I had to relocate back to my mum's cause I didn't feel safe up there, walls are super thin and so is the floors there so much so the guy on the top floor can be heard from the ground floor, further to that even without lockdown rules of you had a problem with something (pipe leaking or shower not working) it worked out better to do it yourself or find someone to do it for you that isn't linked with Bosco. This might change by the time you read this but the only way to get your clothes washed is weekends and that's it, no other time, even though they have the plumbing to do so in each flat, further to it when I moved in the staff hyped it as such an upgrade when there was a chunk needing to be done, like the shower which didn't work for 2 weeks, and broke twice, and last I checked the plastic for the pull cord was still not properly attached, further there was a leaky pipe under the sink (which I managed to fix) Finally the key worker I had for that building was more useless than the one I had in the hostel part, hardly ever came to give sessions not even calling, there was even a time where I asked for help with something and she came that very day for the guy downstairs, didn't even bother coming upstairs to talk about it. Had another incident where I was unable to call the police but needed police there (as someone was trying to break into my flat) and she didn't do a thing about it"
