"They cancelled on the day of delivery, customer service rude, promised a discount if re ordered that didn't happen! Bed arrived quickly have to say. Apart from that i would not recommend nor use again on the principle they lied and did not give me a discount and charged me for express delivery that i should not have had to pay anyway seeing's they cancelled without giving me an option. Terrible Customer service, they should not be allowed to trade if they do not have the stock and should not promise a 2 day delivery as they can't even stick to that."

"Ordered 6 dining chairs, delivery message yesterday state delivery between 5:17 and 6:17pm. Email at 5:30pm stating due to unforeseen problem delivery not possible. Again today delivery listed as only 3 deliveries before mine. Then email stating driver attempted delivery but not possible. We was in all the time and I even switched on house lights when it got dark. Also stated driver MAY have left delivery note. No note was left. It appears to me that big house is just a con. I now have to try and get delivery of my goods PAID FOR or get my money back. It appears big house offer what you require take your money then do not deliver products. All I can say from my experience is DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BUG HOUSE FURNITURE it appears to be a rip off con outfit."

"Sending a massive thank you for replacing the damaged part. :) - I bought a New Hollywood Crystal 4ft6 White Double Modern Gas Lift Up Deep Storage Ottoman Bed PU Premium Leather recently. On receipt of the delivery, one of the boxes was observed to be damaged ( photo taken ) When assembling the bed, the gas lift was already attached on both sides but the left side panel was already damaged which caused the screws to become loose and won't lock when using the Allen key so no grip to support gas lift and frame ( photos taken ). After days of confusion I had no option but to cut the bed open to see what/how bad the damage was Desperate for a left side bed panel replacement with gas lift attached. My kids are having to sleep on a mattress on the floor until I get this fixed. Urgently need some help as the entire bed has already been configured. Look forward to hearing back. ---"
