"thieves. was auto enrolled, they took like 3 months of payments before giving me my enrollment details and pocketed the 3 months of payments and claimed it doesnt exist despite having proof of it on my wage slips. then when i opened my account only had 1 contribution instead of the 4 or so i should have had and even that 1 contribution was like 10 quid too short anyway. they are thieves and they need to be banned and investigated and shut down and made to face the justice system. if you get auto opted into their pension, you will not be seeing that money they take, opt out as fast as you can, dont give any more money to these thieves, they can go and get a real job instead of stealing off the working people!"

"I need to make a very important change to my life insurance policy and have tried to call on numerous occasions, I have been on hold for over 30 minutes each time, when I finally did get through I was told I had to email in to them and I would get a reply within 10 to 15 days. I had already emailed before but emailed again with all of the relevant information but again no reply. I have since emailed again using different addresses and replied to a customer survey text saying I was very disappointed and for somebody to call me but again nothing. I find it disgusting that I am trying to make a very important change to a very important insurance policy but nobody will get back to me."
"Never buy Home Insurance from Legal and General! When it comes to claim they are so terrible, they just ignore you and abandon your claim. Most importantly if you have family legal protection from them as part of your home insurance policy you cannot use it against them because their legal protection is written only in their favour, no any other insurance companies stops you using your legal protection other than Legal and General. I still cannot believe this! We had a kitchen fire in the first week of June 2020, since then their contractor visited our property 3 times to access the damage, but they have not done anything yet. I have received only one email about my claim in the first week of August which I replied to. However, since then I have not received a response, despite sending them reminder emails and calling many times. They know that I am not allowed to use my legal protection against them and if you raise complaint no one bothers really. I raised a complaint with Legal and General about the handling of my claim a month ago but there has still not been any further progress. I called their complaints team a few times but all I was told was that they are working on it. We are living without cooking facilities for more than 3months now in the middle of Corona Virus crisis."
"Been on the phone over 20 minutes just to change which account they take my payment from each month. Still waiting......................... Had to contact Audible.com with the same and they give you the option of a call back. The whole thing was done within 2 minutes. Still waiting.............. Would have been quicker to walk to the bank and then queue to get in and do it in branch."
