"Dave and Andreas concept of home away from home in true sense stands true. stayed here for 3 weeks n felt at home. 24hr open snack bar allows access to fruits, sandwhichs,tea coffee biscuits etc... Cherry on the cake is wednesday conplimentary evening dinner prepared by Andera for all guest. good wifi speed. Location is also good easily conncted to food markets n 10 mins from golden square mall n warrington central railway station Thank u Dave Andrea and John for great hospitality"

"I cannot let this opportunity slip past me without mentioning the fact my wife and I have just spent five months at Laburnum House waiting for our new house to become available. Firstly our sincere thanks go to the lovely people that run such a fine place to stay, they are Dave and Andrea Linaker, they have treated us like royalty, and nothing is too much for them, the Guest House is run like a smooth engine, the place is clean and cheerful, the choice of food is second-to-none, and the other paying guests are like one big family, Laburnum House is within walking distance of Warrington town centre, and boasts fine eating places and drinking establishments, it is close to both Motorway and Airports (Manchester and Liverpool) which makes it an ideal place to visit either for business or for pleasure.
