"What a welcome, staff very pleasant upon arrival. Room is a great size, and looks so clean and smells fresh."
"Great staff, very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are a bit older compared to most of the newer Premier Inns but very well cleaned. No Aircon but you can open windows if it gets too warm in the rooms and an electric heating in the rooms if you want a warm room. 20min. From Liverpool city centre so if you don't mind driving this is a great location with a lovely pub next door."
"Receptionist on check-in was fantastic. Room had a broken toilet seat and mould on the tile grouting. When my wife mentioned this to the receptionist on checkout, she (receptionist) became rather angry. Not very professional. My wife only mentioned it so it could be put right for next guests."
"Brilliant clean rooms to start with but why are the rooms not cleaned everyday? I've asked a few times but Premier inn never answer me. Every hotel I stay in (and I stay in a lot) are cleaning rooms daily without the need to request this, so much so I do ask the office when booking my hotels if there are any other hotels available."
