"Took my elderly mum to see Dr Patrick today .This is the 2nd time my mum has seen this lovely GP . She was very helpful and took the time to listen and explain everything to my mum . Dr Patrick is certainly an asset to Manor Health Centre ."
"Doctors, nurses, and some reception staff are efficient and friendly. There is one receptionist who is very rude though. Even asking for simple requests such as if a prescription has been filled, or a sick note has been issued she will give inaccurate information in a very abrupt and condescending manner. She needs to be trained in how to speak to people with mental health issues. I will just hang up if she answers the phone as her attitude is very uncomfortable to deal with. She's not much nicer in person, and I avoid speaking to her if at all possible."
"We are not a family that need the Dr a lot but my mum is 96. Right from the start of lockdown in 2020 this practice has done its v best to ensure that their service provision was maintained whilst keeping themselves and the public safe. I cannot commend them highly enough for their bedside manner and response when needed"
