Within an hour and a half I had been seen by triage, sent to xray, sent back to a doctor and then bandaged up and had a cast put on and was on my way with a referral to a fracture clinic later in the week. I was expecting to be there for hours so to have all that done in 90 minutes or even less was amazing."

"Went on a Sunday with complaints of abdominal pain, dark urine and slight jaundice and vomiting. Women told me that it's just muscle aches and to drink more water after urine sample was took even though I told her I've drank plenty of water she also said ' I don't know why your vomiting' jaundice got worse next day got sent home from work. Made a appointment at GP next day as jaundice got worse. She referred me straight to arrowe Park hospital for urgent medical assessments and I then spent 17 days at arrowe Park hospital as I developed acute cholangitis and was pumped with anti biotics and put on a drip. Unacceptable mill lane I don't want to use you again now."
