"First time in a health centre in UK and there was an Indian lady passed middle age (receptionist) seated towards right when you enter and and made the whole day miserable. She was shouting at a nurse/Dr in-front of patients and had no idea of how she should speak to colleagues and soon hanged up from a call with a patient, she criticise about the patient. Poor other lady seated next to her and in-front of her has to bear her obnoxious behaviour."

"My wife is pregnant and had severe heartburn issue. I asked doctor appointment over phone and the lady on phone keep saying go and see pharmacist and buy counter products we dont prescribe anything for heartburn eventhough my wife is pregnant and none of pharmacist prescribe her any thing without doctor consent. Such a bad behaviour from receptionist."
"It is inadmissible how someone can spoil your day and negatively impact the image of the clinic in some way and other professionals who do make a lot of effort to take care of their patients. We are a Spanish couple who came to register at this clinic. Due to our online work at home, we understand a lot of written English, but spoken English, especially with an accent, is very complicated for us. At the left window of the reception we were attended by a very rude young girl with zero empathy with us. As soon as we showed her the translation app with the written message, she didn't make the effort to read or listen to it and she told us something like we should come with someone who knows English. Suddenly, she completely ignored us and called the next patient. It is also that in the prescription form of the first day we have indicated the option/need for a translator and it is mandatory to receive help in these cases if the person who attends us does not know our language. I find it shameful, of having very little professionalism and empathy with the citizen who, in addition to not helping us with this, does not attend to us. So we are thinking of changing our health center. It generates mistrust and discomfort. However, the receptionist on the right who had glasses and was a little older than her, on the contrary, helped us and kindly attended us, speaking slowly and with the help of the app we managed to understand each other."
