"The order was originally arranged for a Wed between 7am and 10am , the evening before received email with new date and time. i already made number of arguments to be at home. No-one answers the phone when you call. .."

"We was told our couch would be delivered on Tuesday. However, after breaking down our old couch on Monday in preparation, we still have not yet recieved our couch and have no idea when it will be delivered. We were told we would recieve 24 hours notice. My husband and I both work full time and unable to get days off at the drop of a hat so if when they want to deliver and we are working, we could be looking at weeks before we recieve it. Asked to speak to a manager but their isn't one available. I would not recommend using this company."

"Ordered through Beliani and had the unfortunate luck to have to deal with EU fleet solutions. The worst 'two man' courier service I have ever experienced. I do not think it is the drivers fault. They are given a schedule to work to. I think some serious work needs to go into customer service. I wasn't even told when my parcel would arrive, when I called to check they told me it was arranged for the next day. The next day came and I was called to say it would be the day after - no apology - just a very matter of fact conversation. Maybe they assume no one has to work? Useless. DONT USE!"

"A delivery company that doesn't deliver!!! Order coming Saturday - Marked as delivered when not. Can't call the office for assistance because it's shut, can't call the driver because they don't supply a number. Was told on Monday it was in Leeds 200 miles from me! and when asked why it had been marked as delivered I was told it's what they tell their drivers to do! A tad dishonest & would make claiming a charge back harder! Booked in for delivery for Wednesday - no confirmation email which I was told I would receive by 11am. So I call I spent 30 minutes on hold moving from first place to fifth in the line only to be told it was down for delivery for Thursday and this was only pencilled in!! and they would confirm in by 11am tomorrow! What a waste of time - have requested a refund for my order. Avoid using at all costs."

"Unfortunately we had a really poor experience with EU Fleet Solutions. The order was originally arranged for a Sunday between 7am and 10am. It did not arrive at any point that day, and there was no way of contacting the company at the weekend, which was really frustrating. Across the next two weeks, the delivery was rearranged three times and cancelled twice at short notice. I also had to call and chase when I received a message saying that the delivery had been completed when it had not. If I hadn’t called, I suspect that the delivery may have never arrived! The Customer Service team were courteous and apologetic, and I have no complaints about the delivery itself when it came. However, the overall experience was really substandard. If you have any choice to use another delivery provider, I would encourage you to do so."
