"Taxi was supposed to turn up at 3.15am and didn't turn up until 3.50am. I literally had a plane to catch. No apology and due to being so late needed dropping off at the airport front door as there was no time to walk from the free car park. Instead of covering the cost as an apology I had to cover that cost too. Driver tried his best to make up time but so unreliable I could have missed my flight. Wouldn't use again for something like this"
"Below was my original review This is my update. After 7 calls they finally admitted they don’t have a cab on the way and didn’t have one available. At least one of them admitted they are liars and apologised What a special crew!!! Would be zero stars if that was an option. What a shower of dross this out fit is. Been stood waiting 50 minutes with my mom in a wheel chair waiting for a taxi. 5 phone calls and 5 lies later still no taxi. Basically they tell lies for a living. not sure how they sleep at night"
