"Can you furnish your drivers with phones to let customers know they've arrived, or get out of the car and knock on the door? This one's just sat blasting his horn over and over. People on this road work night shifts, work from home or just don't need constant horns blasting at 8:30am. Update: Dropping this to one star. The owner response to me below is confused: I did not order one of your taxis. I live on the same road as someone who does, and this same driver AF12 ZWX (3 days in a row now) sounds his horn multiple times each visit. Have your drivers knock on the door, not blast their horns. Second update: Still ongoing around a week later. Same car sounding horn early in the morning. Awful driver. Awful service."
"I pre-booked a taxi several hours ahead, taxi didn't turn up at the time specified, called them 5 minutes after it was due to be told its ten minutes away, got a call from the driver 10 minutes later to be told he'd only just been given the job and would be with me in 10 minutes. By which time I'd missed my appointment, and now have to wait another 4 weeks until I can get another one. Thank you triple twenty I will not be using your services again.."
"I would not recommend this company to anyone. From the moment I got in the taxi, the driver was incredibly rude. All need to avoid this company. I'm a disabled women with a service dog. She assists when I have a seizure coming on. The driver tried to intimidate and bully me. The driver then started to question my service dog, which was completely out of order. The company were the ones at fault, but the driver decided to take it out on me. My bully was driver no:1688"
"I wouldn't use this firm again. Dodgy firm & being taken to court. Not all of their drivers are registered with DMBC. You say your not being taken to court in your reply. Your drivers harness single women & I have registration numbers & details of 2 of your drivers. I've phoned up and complained and it's going to my solicitor. Your driver tonight tried to run me over. "Used this firm for years but after my encounter today I will NEVER be using them again! Generally, the drivers are lovely my issue is with the office especially the management. I was first lied to resulting in my booked ride being missed and me needing to make alternative travel arrangements in peak time. After requesting to speak to a manager about the issue I found he didn’t listen to my complaint at all, he proceeded to argue with me, ultimately refused to apologise for something that was clearly their (the company’s) fault and ended up putting the phone down on me. I have never been spoken to like that especially from a customer facing service. Instead of taking my issue and learning from it as a company I was made to feel like I was in the wrong and disrespected by the management. Your company clearly doesn’t value custom, awful customer service. It’s a shame how the actions one a few ruin it for the many."
