"Super polite drivers, always on time. Unfortunately although I’ve asked for low rise taxis via my phone number, recently high rise taxis are arriving more frequently. Due to my disabilities, using a high rise taxi is extremely painful for me. Today I had an appointment & both times a high rise vehicle was sent. It seems such a shame that an otherwise good service has let me down like this. Next time a high rise vehicle arrives, I shall have no choice but refuse it & find myself another taxi firm. I cannot use a service that causes me pain. If not for this, I’d be happy to give GoCarz 5 stars & recommend it others."
"Order taxi on the Tuesday for Wednesday at 8.10 Waited till 8.20 no taxi turned up. Called the taxi office to say no one was in the area and that I was unable to have a taxi. Really bad service no connect to say there was a issue, not reliable company"
"Most drivers are ok, I use go carz 4 days a week and get the occasional bad driver with a bad attitude and base don't really care but I use them because prices are cheaper than anywhere else. 3 stars because most drivers are good"
