"Unfortunately I have no choice except to collect my UPS parcel from here as it's a collection point and I work full time like most people. Smokers Paradise is somewhat an exaggeration especially since the opening time is stated as 08:30am on Google maps and in the shop window itself through the shutters, it's now coming up to 08:45, it's still very much closed. Pathetic. How UPS use a dismal establishment like this as a collection point I do not know. Extremely inconvenient. To the owners, if you're opening later in the day then state it. Some of us take time out from work to collect parcels from you. This costs both money and time. Picture on this review was taken at 08:50 this morning."

"Very unprofessional. Ran all the way from work just to find that they don’t close at 6pm but at 17:30. And when I called, the guy was very very very rude about it when I asked why he closed so early. The worst service ever and I didn’t even see the person. Picture taken at 17:34. So even then he was closed before 17:30. Very inconvenient for UPS delivery pick ups."
